Students replicate 1938-1942 Ludlow in BRAM project

Courtesy PhotoCourtesy PhotoSixth-graders at Ludlow Elementary School had a successful, well-attended Open House at Black River Academy Museum. All that came learned a great deal about “Main Street 1938-42.” The exhibit included a documentary of students in every aspect of this project, a drawing by Elizabeth Lombard of downtown Ludlow during the time period, and the students’ well-constructed buildings replicating a building from 1938-42. The following people helped support the project: Bob Fortuna, Elizabeth Lombard, Ginny Gurdak, and Charlotte Pluta; Georgia Brehm, Joan Willett, Michael Normyle, Mike Tuomisto and Chet Gates.
