LONDONDERRY, Vt. — Two residents of Jupiter, Florida have been charged with DUI and cruelty to a child after their vehicle, with three children inside, slid off the road in the early morning hours of Monday, Jan. 8.

Accused are Anthony Little, 34, and Krystle Little, also 34, both Florida residents.

The Vermont State Police (VSP) responded at approximately 2:08 a.m. Monday, Jan. 8, to 197 Windy Ride Lane, in Londonderry, for a report of a vehicle slide-off.

After an investigation, it was determined that both Krystle Little and Anthony Little allegedly operated their vehicle “while under the influence of alcohol with their three children inside,” according to a press release from the VSP, Westminster Barracks.

Both operators were transported to the Winhall Police Department, where they were fingerprinted, photographed, and released on a citation to appear at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 6 in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, all according to police.
