Springfield On the Move (SOM) will present a live auction at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, at the Hartness House. Auctioneer John Hall, AEA, will auction repurposed, refurbished, and re-imagined items by local crafters.

Themed gift baskets, each with a minimum value of $100, will be raffled off to lucky winners. Participants can choose from many practical, functional, artistic, and one-of-a-kind flights of fancy for home and garden.

The event has several community businesses supporting it, including Mascoma Bank as a Premier Sponsor, along with many Gold Sponsors including HB Energy Solutions, Community Bank, and Von Bargen’s Jewelry., and Silver Sponsors including Black River Produce, Claremont Savings Bank, Gurney Brothers, One Credit Union, and Vermont Packinghouse.
